π‘About the Role:
Quvia is hiring a Junior DevOps & SRE Engineer π¨βπ» for its Chennai office.This role involves working on next-generation connectivity platforms, supporting cloud infrastructure, handling deployments, monitoring systems, and contributing to automation and operational reliability βοΈβοΈCandidates will work closely with engineering teams on customer onboarding, fleet onboarding, infrastructure operations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) in a fast-paced startup environment π

πKey Responsibilities:
π Support the engineering team with on-call responsibilities βοΈ
π Work on new Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deployments π
π Assist with customer onboarding and fleet onboarding π€
π Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure βοΈ
π Work with Linux systems and server environments π§
π Support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows βοΈ
π Assist with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management π οΈ
π Monitor systems and applications using monitoring tools π
π Troubleshoot networking and infrastructure issues π
π Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams π€

π―Requirements:
π― Masterβs degree in Computer Science or related field π
π― Strong programming skills in Shell Scripting and Python π
π― Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts π»
π― Working knowledge of Linux π§
π― Familiarity with AWS cloud services βοΈ
π― Knowledge of networking and CI/CD concepts π
π― Understanding of Docker and monitoring tools π
π― Strong problem-solving and analytical skills π§
π― Ability to work in rotational/on-call shifts β°
