Genpact is hiring Management Trainees π¨βπΌ for its HRO (Employee Lifecycle Management) team in Hyderabad.This role focuses on managing HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, payroll coordination, staffing support, and employee data management while supporting global HR operations and business processes πCandidates will gain exposure to international HR operations, employee support systems, and enterprise-level HR practices in a fast-paced corporate environment πβββββββββββββββββββ
πKey Responsibilities:
π Manage employee lifecycle management activities π¨βπΌ
π Support onboarding, employee records, and HR operations π
π Handle employee data updates and organizational changes π
π Coordinate staffing discrepancies and employee transfers π€
π Process terminations, payroll support, and HR transactions π°
π Assist managers with employee lifecycle activities π§βπ»
π Handle HR helpdesk queries and employee concerns π
π Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance π
π Work with global HR teams and operational processes π

π―Requirements:
π― Freshers or candidates with 0β1 years of experience π¨βπΌ
π― Bachelorβs degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related field π
π― MBA / Business Analytics candidates preferred π
