💡About the Role:
Caterpillar is hiring a Manager Accounting to join its Global Finance Services Division in Bangalore. The role focuses on ERP transformation, accounting process standardization, SAP implementation support, financial reporting, and leading finance transformation initiatives while collaborating with global stakeholders.

📌 Support ERP deployment, testing, training, and implementation ⚙️
📌 Design and improve accounting processes 📊
📌 Lead finance transformation and process standardization 🔄
📌 Collaborate with technical and accounting teams 🤝
📌 Support SAP implementation and data migration 💻
📌 Perform financial reporting and reconciliation 📑

🎯Requirements:
🎯 10+ years of total experience 💼
🎯 6–8 years in Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting operations 📊
🎯 Strong ERP systems and accounting tools expertise 💻
🎯 Advanced analytical and financial reporting skills 📈
🎯 Experience with SAP ECC implementation preferred ⚙️
🎯 CA/CMA certification preferred 🎓
🎯 Willingness to work EMEA shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) 🌍
