Key Responsibilities:

  1. Career Counselling and Guidance:
  • Provide personalized career counselling to students, guiding them in exploring
    relevant career paths.
  • Assist students in aligning their academic pursuits with their career aspirations.
  1. Program Development and Implementation:
  • Innovate and execute career development programs and workshops to equip students
    with essential skills.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to integrate career readiness into the

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry professionals and alumni to

  • Liaise with industries to secure internship and placement opportunities for students.
  • Oversee the internship process to ensure students gain valuable hands-on experience.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of student engagements, placements, and feedback.

  • Master’s degree in Career Counselling, Human Resources, Business Administration, or
    a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in career counselling, placement coordination, or a
    similar role.
  • Profound understanding of the job market, industry demands, and higher education
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in career development software and data analysis tools.
