💡About the Role:
IQ-EQ is hiring a Manager, Fund Accounting to lead private equity fund accounting operations, financial reporting, client service delivery, and team management. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work with global investment clients while driving operational excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Review and approve NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, and investor reports 📊
📌 Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing accounting teams 👥
📌 Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery 🤝
📌 Ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen internal controls ⚙️
📌 Drive process improvements and operational efficiency 🚀
📌 Support fund onboarding, migrations, and system optimization 💻
📌 Monitor risks and resolve accounting escalations 🔍
📌 Coordinate with global stakeholders across multiple regions 🌍

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 🎓
🎯 8+ years of accounting experience 💼
🎯 4+ years of supervisory or team management experience 👨‍💼
🎯 Strong expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting 📑
🎯 Knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and Luxembourg GAAP 📚
🎯 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions) 📊
🎯 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 💬
