🎯Requirements:
🎯 Montessori / NTT / IMTC / ECCE Certification 🎓
🎯 2–4 years of Montessori teaching experience 👩‍🏫
🎯 Strong classroom management and observation skills 👀
🎯 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 💬
🎯 Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with children ❤️
