🎯About the Role:
Meesho is looking for a Product Manager II who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy.
This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role working closely with design, engineering, business, and analytics teams.
You’ll own Growth — the fuel that powers Meesho’s next billion users.

🗂️ Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for your Growth squad
  • Drive problem discovery — define what to build and why, with data
  • Facilitate solution discovery — harness creativity across design, engineering, and business
  • Define detailed product requirements and ship with quality — UAT, dogfooding
  • Create go-to-market plans that maximise adoption and impact
  • Define and track product metrics — move numbers, not just features
  • Create a product roadmap with at least a 3-month forward-looking view of key customer and business problems to be solved

✅Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of product management in consumer internet
  • Strong analytical mindset — data-driven decision-making is non-negotiable
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Technical Skills:

  • SQL for hands-on data analysis
  • Tools: JIRA, Figma, Mixpanel / Amplitude, Google Analytics
  • A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Understanding of e-commerce or growth loops a strong plus
