Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers
    from problem definition to solution deployment.
  • Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions for potential risks and issues.
  • Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for
    managing change.
  • Coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate
    team members.
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality consulting
    solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • 11+ Years of overall IT Experience with significant CX/Digital transformation program
    management experience.
  • Experience in managing MarTech transformation programs with SaaS-based Marketing
    solutions.
  • Strong Program Management capability with competencies in Program Governance,
    Client Management, Scope Management, and more.
  • Develop Program Management plan and setup implementation processes.
  • Track program execution progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Build and manage client/third-party relationships to influence program outcomes.
  • Manage commercials of the program including vendors and contracts.
