💡About the Role:
As a Quality Auditing Associate, you’ll work with First Article Inspection (FAI) teams to review and deliver FAI requirements for sustaining parts and development projects. You’ll help verify that production processes and first-run products consistently meet design, customer, and industry quality requirements.
The role offers an opportunity for engineering graduates to build practical expertise in aerospace quality, inspection, manufacturing processes, and supply chain execution.
📌Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, scheduling, prioritization, and review of First Article Inspections (FAIs)
- Perform FAI assessments according to AS9102 requirements
- Review FAI documentation, inspection reports, and quality records
- Verify production processes and product conformity against customer requirements
- Coordinate with client stakeholders on queries and escalations
- Work with Supplier Quality & Development teams on corrective action plans
- Support workflow coordination, prioritization, and turnaround-time targets
- Identify and resolve routine quality and process issues
- Maintain accurate communication and documentation throughout the inspection process
🎯Requirements:
- BE/BTech/BSc qualification
- 0–1 years of experience; freshers are eligible
- Understanding of Aerospace & Defense fundamentals
- Knowledge of aerospace quality management standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Understanding of inspection reports and manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of GD&T
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good written and verbal communication
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
