💡About the Role:
Nokia is hiring an R2R Accounting Specialist for its Finance team in Noida. This role focuses on Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives using AI and digital finance tools.
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Prepare and maintain accurate financial records 📊
📌 Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and reconciliations 📑
📌 Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes 📈
📌 Prepare financial statements and management reports 💼
📌 Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and intercompany transactions 🤝
📌 Support internal and external audits 🔍
📌 Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies ⚙️
📌 Drive accounting process improvements and automation 🚀
🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Commerce 🎓
🎯 3+ years of Record-to-Report (R2R) accounting experience 💼
🎯 Good understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts 📚
🎯 Strong Microsoft Excel skills 📊
🎯 Experience with SAP or similar accounting software 💻
🎯 Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills 💬
