💡About the Role:
As a Robotics Trainer, you’ll work directly with school students and create engaging, activity-based learning experiences.

You’ll teach subjects including Robotics, Coding, Python, Electronics, 3D Printing, and Drones, while helping students prepare for competitions and STEM events.

You’ll also work with school management, conduct workshops, mentor students, support junior team members, and contribute to innovative educational resources.

This isn’t a role where you’re simply standing in front of a classroom.

You’re helping students discover what they’re capable of building.


📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Conduct engaging STEM sessions for students from Grades 1–10. 🤖

📌 Teach Robotics, Coding, Python, Electronics, 3D Printing, Drones, and related technologies. 💻

📌 Create engaging workshops using activity-based learning methods. 🧩

📌 Guide and mentor students in STEM projects and activities. 👨‍🎓

📌 Prepare students for competitions and technical events. 🏆

📌 Conduct engaging STEM events and workshops at schools. 🎯

📌 Develop innovative educational resources for school students. 📚

📌 Conduct virtual learning sessions when required. 🌐

📌 Prepare and maintain technical and official documentation. 📝

📌 Conduct training sessions for junior team members. 👥

📌 Manage the team at assigned schools. 🤝

📌 Coordinate with school management to achieve organizational goals. 🏫

📌 Assist senior team members with projects and operational activities. ⚙️

📌 Travel to schools for programs, workshops, and events. 🚗


🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. 🎓

🎯 Relevant teaching and management experience preferred. 👨‍🏫

🎯 Prior experience teaching STEM-related subjects is required. 🤖

🎯 Strong knowledge of Coding, Robotics, and Electronics. 💻

🎯 Excellent English communication and presentation skills. 🗣️

🎯 Hindi language proficiency is required. 🇮🇳

🎯 Ability to engage students through activity-based learning. 🧩

🎯 Strong mentoring and classroom management abilities. 👥

🎯 Willingness to travel extensively for school programs and workshops. ✈️

🎯 Personal laptop is required. 💻

🎯 Flexibility to work Monday–Saturday with occasional weekday offs. 📅

🎯 Comfortable with 8-hour shifts starting at approximately 12 PM or 2 PM. ⏰
