📌 Build and execute sales and marketing strategies that create measurable business growth 📊

📌 Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and cold calling to proposals, negotiation, conversion, and relationship management 📞

📌 Identify high-potential opportunities across engineering, EHS, sustainability, risk management, and industrial consulting sectors 🔍

📌 Build trusted relationships with clients, channel partners, and senior decision-makers 🤝

🎯Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Related Field 🎓

🎯 MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Strategy is an added advantage 📚

🎯 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Client Acquisition 💼

🎯 Experience in engineering services, industrial consulting, EHS, sustainability, risk management, or related sectors is preferred 🏭

🎯 Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure 📞

🎯 Strong record of achieving or exceeding revenue and sales targets 📈

🎯 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills 💬

🎯 Ability to understand business challenges and position solution-based services effectively 🎯

🎯 Leadership ability to guide, motivate, and develop a sales team 👥
