Job Description:

The role entails the responsibility of generating gold loan business through different
channels. It includes administering and training a team of Direct Selling Teams to
expand gold loan business in that locality/branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meet Monthly Sales targets with acquisitions in NTB (New to Bank) and ETB (Existing
    to Bank) customers.
  • Pitch Gold loans to existing liability customers.
  • Ensure month-on-month growth in EOP (Execution only platform) Assets for Gold
    loan business per branch.
  • Maintain Fee Income at a minimum of 1% of total disbursals.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases.
  • Coordinate with valuers on a timely basis.
  • Align customers to pay valuation charges as per product norms.
  • Ensure healthy collections with Nil First Equated Monthly Installment/First
    Presentation Default and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
  • PSL (Priority Sector Lending) Tagging and awareness of PSL norms.
  • Assist the branch liability team in audits and ensure proper communications to
    customers before any packet opening.
  • Conduct Marketing activities in the local market to generate NTB gold loan
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short
  • Carry out ad-hoc activities as per the requirement of the department

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s in


2 to 5 years of experience in gold loan sales.
