💡About the Role:
Sparrow RMS is hiring an SDE 1 – Full Stack Developer for its onsite technology team in Gurugram, Haryana, India.This role is for developers who enjoy building complete digital products—not just isolated screens or APIs.You will work across frontend and backend layers to develop responsive React.js interfaces, robust ASP.NET Core services, REST APIs, database integrations, automated tests, and scalable application features.The work connects to modern industrial technology, including AI, IoT, Digital Twin systems, and smart manufacturing solutions used to improve safety, operational visibility, and decision-making.

📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications 💻

📌 Build responsive and accessible UI components using React.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript 🎨

📌 Translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, reusable, and maintainable code 🧩

📌 Manage frontend application state using Redux and server state using TanStack Query / React Query ⚙️

📌 Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C# 🔗

📌 Integrate frontend, mobile applications, backend services, and APIs seamlessly 🔄

📌 Work with SQL Server databases using Entity Framework Core or similar ORM tools 🗄️

📌 Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security 🚀

📌 Write modular, well-documented, and production-ready code 📝

📌 Develop unit and integration tests using Vitest, Jest, and backend testing tools 🧪

📌 Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions 👨‍💻

📌 Troubleshoot frontend and backend issues efficiently 🛠️

📌 Collaborate with product, DevOps, frontend, and backend teams for smooth deployment 🤝

🎯Requirements:
🎯 2+ Years of Professional Experience in Full Stack Development or Web Development 👨‍💻

🎯 Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+) ⚛️

🎯 Strong experience with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS 🎨

🎯 Expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core / .NET Core Framework ⚙️

🎯 Hands-on experience with Redux and TanStack Query / React Query 🔄

🎯 Strong understanding of REST API design, API integration, and asynchronous programming 🔗

🎯 Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core 🗄️

🎯 Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases 📊

🎯 Knowledge of frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack 🛠️

🎯 Proficiency in Git and version control workflows 🌿

🎯 Understanding of software design patterns, clean code, and scalable architecture 🧩

🎯 Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills 🔍

🎯 Ability to work onsite from Gurugram, Haryana, India 🏢
