Role Overview:

As a Secondary School Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students,
parents, teachers, and school leadership on academic, social, and emotional issues. Your
primary responsibility will be to provide professional and confidential counselling services
to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential counselling services to secondary students
  • Serve as a link between students, parents, teachers, and school leadership
  • Implement innovative ideas to support students proactively
  • Use technology to enhance counselling sessions and communication

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in counselling
  • Experience working with secondary students preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize student wellbeing
