💡About the Role:
The Senior Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial operations while contributing to broader financial planning and decision-making.

This is more than a transaction-focused accounting position. You’ll lead finance team members, oversee reporting, contribute to financial strategy, manage cash flow and budgets, and translate complex financial data into useful insights for senior leadership.

The role combines accounting expertise, financial analysis, leadership and process improvement.

🎯Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is advantageous
• Proven experience leading and managing accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with financial analysis and management reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy and financial integrity
