💡About the Role:
GlobalLogic is hiring an experienced Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to lead enterprise-scale Azure cloud transformation initiatives. ☁️This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Azure, Terraform, DevOps, and cloud migration strategies. You will work directly with enterprise customers, design Azure Landing Zones, implement Infrastructure as Code, build cloud governance frameworks, and drive large-scale migration programs.This is a hands-on consulting role where you will architect, build, and deliver cloud solutions rather than only providing recommendations.
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Design and implement Azure Landing Zones (CAF/ALZ) with governance, networking, security, and identity controls ☁️
📌 Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform 🏗️
📌 Develop and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines ⚙️
📌 Design reusable Terraform modules and enterprise cloud architectures 🧩
📌 Lead cloud migration planning, assessments, and execution strategies 🚀
📌 Implement Azure governance frameworks using Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, and compliance controls 🔐
📌 Support application, database, and SAP workload migrations ☁️
📌 Establish infrastructure automation and cloud deployment best practices 🤖
📌 Mentor engineering teams and guide technical decision-making 👨🏫
📌 Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and delivery teams globally 🤝
🎯Requirements:
🎯 8–10 Years of Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or DevOps 👨💻
🎯 Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure ☁️
🎯 Expert-level knowledge of Terraform including modules, providers, state management, and workspaces 🏗️
🎯 Extensive Azure DevOps experience including YAML pipelines and multi-stage deployments ⚙️
🎯 Experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure Landing Zones 🌐
🎯 Strong cloud migration experience involving applications, databases, or SAP workloads 🚀
🎯 Working knowledge of AWS cloud services ☁️
🎯 Experience with Docker, Git, Infrastructure CI/CD, and automation tools 🛠️
🎯 Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills 💬
🎯 Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments 🌟
