Capgemini is hiring a Senior Product Manager π¨βπΌ to lead enterprise Sales systems and digital transformation initiatives across global business operations.This role involves defining product vision and roadmaps for CRM, CPQ, Lead Management, and Forecasting platforms while collaborating with Sales, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions πCandidates will drive Agile execution, optimize sales processes, improve data integrity, and enhance enterprise sales engagement platforms π»
πKey Responsibilities:
π Define and drive product vision and strategic roadmaps π
π Manage CRM, CPQ, Lead Management, and Forecasting platforms π»
π Translate business needs into user stories and product backlogs π
π Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, IT, and leadership teams π€
π Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and UAT βοΈ
π Ensure successful deployment and adoption of new features π
π Optimize sales processes, reporting, and data integrity π
π Drive change management and user engagement initiatives π
π Deliver scalable enterprise technology solutions π
π―Requirements:
π― 5β10 years of experience in Product Management and Sales Systems π¨βπΌ
π― Expertise in CRM, CPQ, pipeline management, and forecasting systems π»
π― Experience with Salesforce or similar SaaS platforms βοΈ
π― Strong understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies β‘
π― Ability to work with VP/EVP-level stakeholders π€
