The HR Operations Specialist will help keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly — from onboarding to offboarding.
You’ll manage critical HR processes while ensuring employee data remains accurate, payroll operations are completed correctly, compliance requirements are met, and employees receive timely support.

📌Key Responsibilities:
👥Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, documentation, employee queries, policy administration, benefits, and offboarding.
💰Payroll Operations
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, statutory requirements, Full & Final settlements, reimbursements, bonuses, and payroll validation.
💻HRIS Administration
Maintain employee information in HR systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
⚖️Compliance & Governance
Support statutory compliance, background verification, audits, HR policies, and documentation standards.
🎁Employee Benefits
Manage initiatives related to PF, insurance, meal cards, and other employee benefits.
🤝Vendor Management
Coordinate with HR vendors, monitor service delivery, manage renewals, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
📊Process Excellence
Identify opportunities to make HR processes more efficient, accurate, and employee-friendly.
🎯Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree required.
🎓 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
⏳ 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Shared Services.
💼 Hands-on understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
💰 Practical experience with payroll administration.
