As a Staff Nurse, you’ll be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and responsive nursing care.

The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, treatment support, documentation, emergency response, ward administration, equipment handling, and coordination with doctors and senior nursing staff.

You’ll also play an important role in educating patients and families, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring continuity of care between shifts.

🏥 Patient Care

📌 Manage admission, discharge, and transfer of patients. 👩‍⚕️

📌 Assess patients to identify immediate and ongoing healthcare needs. 🔍

📌 Follow hospital policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. 📋

📌 Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely. 💊

📌 Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, medications, therapies, and treatments. 📝

📌 Participate in team conferences and in-service training programs. 📚

📌 Support CPR and emergency response training when required. ❤️

📋 Ward Administration

📌 Prepare nursing care plans for allocated patients. 📝

📌 Safeguard patient belongings according to hospital policies. 🔐

📌 Assist with drug and medical supply inventory management. 💊

📌 Maintain nursing procedures and standards. ✅

📌 Support sterilization of medical articles and equipment. 🧼

📌 Participate in rounds with doctors and senior nursing personnel. 🩺

📌 Keep patient records accurate and up to date. 📋

📌 Record and report patient conditions as required. 📊

📌 Supervise patient care provided by student nurses when assigned. 👩‍⚕️
