๐ฅCareer Insight:
Nursing is one of those professions where competence and compassion have to coexist.
You need the technical knowledge to understand what’s happening.
The discipline to document it correctly.
The confidence to act when something changes.
And the empathy to remember that behind every patient record is a person.
A nurse may be the first person to notice that something isn’t right.
That observation can change everything.
Because sometimes, excellent patient care begins with simply paying attention.
