💡About the Role:
Rishihood University is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) 👨💻 for Software Engineering.This role involves mentoring students on advanced software engineering concepts, guiding capstone projects, preparing students for global coding competitions, and delivering hands-on technical sessions in areas like Full Stack Development, AI/ML, Distributed Systems, and System Design 🚀Candidates will work closely with students and faculty to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world engineering practices 💡
📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Mentor students on capstone and software engineering projects 💻
📌 Guide students for open-source programs like GSoC and hackathons 🏆
📌 Conduct sessions on Distributed Systems, DSA, and Advanced Web Development 🌐
📌 Assist students in debugging complex technical issues 🔍
📌 Support innovation through AI, Cloud, and emerging technologies ☁️
📌 Encourage open-source contributions and technical research 🚀
📌 Collaborate with faculty to maintain industry-relevant curriculum 🤝
📌 Manage batch operations and student learning workflows 📚
📌 Help students build scalable applications using modern frameworks ⚙️
🎯Requirements:
🎯 Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms 📚
🎯 Expertise in Full Stack Development (MERN / Next.js) 🌐
🎯 Advanced Python programming skills 🐍
🎯 Understanding of Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch 🤖
🎯 Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and database optimization 🗄️
🎯 Strong Computer Science fundamentals including OS and Computer Architecture 💻
🎯 Excellent mentoring and communication skills 💬
