📌Key Responsibilities:
📌 Conduct educational and developmental assessments for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) 🧩
📌 Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) 📚
📌 Deliver child-centered and inclusive teaching interventions 👩🏫
📌 Monitor student progress and maintain educational documentation 📝
📌 Provide counseling and guidance to parents and caregivers 🤝
📌 Conduct school and community awareness programs on inclusion 🌍
📌 Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and government stakeholders 🏫
📌 Facilitate referrals to support services and welfare schemes 🔗
📌 Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development programs 🎓
📌 Ensure child safeguarding and adherence to organizational standards 🛡️
🎯Requirements:
🎯 B.Ed. Special Education / B.Ed. with D.Ed. Special Education 🎓
🎯 RCI Registration preferred ✅
🎯 1–3 years of experience supporting Children with Special Needs 👩🏫
🎯 Knowledge of inclusive education practices and child-centered pedagogy 📖
🎯 Experience in IEP preparation and functional assessments 📝
🎯 Ability to adapt curriculum and classroom activities for diverse learners 🧠
🎯 Basic computer proficiency and MS Office skills 💻
🎯 Fluency in Kannada and basic English communication 💬
🎯 Strong empathy, patience, and collaboration skills ❤️
