πKey Responsibilities:
π Conduct educational and developmental assessments for Children with Special Needs (CwSN) π§©
π Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) π
π Deliver child-centered and inclusive teaching interventions π©βπ«
π Monitor student progress and maintain educational documentation π
π Provide counseling and guidance to parents and caregivers π€
π Conduct school and community awareness programs on inclusion π
π Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and government stakeholders π«
π Facilitate referrals to support services and welfare schemes π
π Participate in trainings, workshops, and professional development programs π
π Ensure child safeguarding and adherence to organizational standards π‘οΈ
π―Requirements:
π― B.Ed. Special Education / B.Ed. with D.Ed. Special Education π
π― RCI Registration preferred β
π― 1β3 years of experience supporting Children with Special Needs π©βπ«
π― Knowledge of inclusive education practices and child-centered pedagogy π
π― Experience in IEP preparation and functional assessments π
π― Ability to adapt curriculum and classroom activities for diverse learners π§
π― Basic computer proficiency and MS Office skills π»
π― Fluency in Kannada and basic English communication π¬
