Key Responsibilities:
- 🛠️ Manage complex technical issues in Sales/Service Cloud/Data Cloud/Agent force; troubleshoot Apex/LWC/Flows/SQL/SOQL with advanced debugging.
- 📊 Investigate/prioritize cases using internal tools; collaborate with Product Engineering on gaps via Voice of Customer; create knowledge base materials.
- 🤝 Deliver exceptional CSAT through clear communication, peer swarming/mentorship, best practices guidance, and proactive GenAI/LLM support.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ Bachelor’s CS or equivalent; Apex/Python/JS; Salesforce products (Data Cloud/Agent force/Sales/Service); DB modeling/SQL tuning; troubleshooting high-priority issues.
- 🔒 GenAI basics (LLMs/RAG/prompt Eng.); multi-task under pressure; excellent comms/prioritization.
Desired:
- 📊 Salesforce certs (Data Cloud Consultant/Agent force/Platform Dev I/II); DevOps (CI/CD/Git); deep LLMs/RAG expertise.
