Interview Preparation:

  • Equip students with technical interview strategies, problem-solving methodologies,
    and coding assessments.
  • Conduct simulated interviews and furnish constructive feedback to enhance student
    performance.

Stay Updated:

  • Continuously enrich personal expertise and skills in computer programming.
  • Participate in industry symposiums, workshops, and conferences to remain abreast of
    the latest trends and best practices.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the academic department to synchronize training with
    university curriculum and benchmarks.
  • Liaise with the placements department to comprehend industry requisites and tailor
    training programs accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
    (Master’s degree desirable).
  • 3-5 years of experience in analogous roles or software development.
  • Proficiency in diverse programming languages like Java, Python, C++, etc.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication acumen.
  • Passion for pedagogy and mentorship.
  • Familiarity with contemporary teaching methodologies and e-learning tools.
  • Adaptability to evolving curriculum exigencies and industry dynamics.
