Job Description:

Hexaware is looking for a dynamic professional with a minimum of 5+ years of
experience to join as a Service Desk English expert in IMS Workplace Services. As a
technical leader, you will play a crucial role in the operations and systems
administration of various IT Productivity tools. If you have a passion for driving
innovation and ensuring the stability of productivity platforms, we want to hear from
you!

Primary Skills:

  • L3 Operations and Systems Administration for Project Tools (Smart Sheets, Miro,
    Aha!)
  • L3 Operations and Systems Administration for Microsoft Productivity tools
  • L3 Operations and Systems Administration for Survey Tools (Sli.do, Survey Monkey)
  • L3 Operations and Systems Administration for Meeting Room Technologies (I Office
    Teem, Teams Rooms Panels)
  • Technical accountability for the operational stability of DWT Productivity platforms
  • Transitioning Productivity services cross-tenant and supporting seamless transitions
    to the GE Aerospace platform
  • Ownership of tools for managing Productivity systems, including M365 admin portal
    and PowerShell scripting
  • Technical escalation point for complex issues and advanced troubleshooting
  • Platform monitoring, maintenance, and management across the entire ecosystem of
    GE Aerospace’s Productivity services

General Responsibilities:

  • Change management, end-user support documentation, and knowledge preparation
  • Technical leadership in handling critical incidents and crisis management
  • Initiating new technology pilots and programs for end-user support readiness
  • Driving customer satisfaction through support team quality, knowledge, and training
  • Identifying opportunities to improve overall user experience
  • Product enhancements, code updates, and security patching
