Job Description:

Profile: EV Charging Infrastructure Deployment and Management

Role Description:

  • Building Charging Strategy for the assigned market, identifying uncovered geographies,
    and proposing optimal solutions aligned with the overall roadmap.
  • Deployment of charging stations, operations, maintenance, and consumer issue
    redressal – serving as the single point of contact in the assigned market.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including Vendors, Dealers, Real Estate Partners, and
    the Internal Team for the timely setup and maintenance of Charging Infrastructure.
  • Driving business growth and better utilization of charging infrastructure by
    recommending pricing policies and loyalty programs.
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating SOP and maintenance audits of Charging
    Infrastructure.
  • Identifying new partners and vendors to facilitate EV Charging for customers.

Suggested Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in Network development, channel partner management, and
    Charger Deployment roles.
  • Openness to travel on the field across the allocated zone to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiating, communication, and interpersonal skills to deal & collaborate
    with external hardware vendors.
  • Knowledge about EV Charger deployment processes are preferred.
  • Individuals working with 4W OEMs and Charging Point Operators are preferred.
