About the Role:

As a Resident Medical Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients at Tiruvalla
Medical Mission Hospital, providing 24/7 medical care, handling emergencies, and
coordinating with specialists to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Clinical Care: Provide round-the-clock medical care under supervision of senior
physicians.
→ Emergency Management: Respond to and manage medical emergencies,
liaising with specialists as needed.
→ Patient Assessments: Conduct regular assessments, develop treatment plans,
and adjust care as necessary.
→ Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records and patient
histories.
→ Patient Communication: Serve as a liaison for patients and families, addressing
concerns and providing reassurance.
→ Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and allied health
professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications & Experience:

→ MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
→ Registration with the Travancore–Cochin Medical Council (TCMC).
→ 0–2 years of clinical experience (including internships and rotations).
→ Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills under pressure.
→ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
→ Ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
