About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the EMSX team in Karnataka. The role requires someone with strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and business acumen.
You will work closely with product, business, and program managers to deliver actionable insights and optimize key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

📍Retrieve, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to create actionable business insights.

📍Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and metrics to support decision-making.

📍Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are published and reviewed, addressing any issues impacting data integrity.

📍Partner with product and business managers to design data solutions that improve efficiency and seller experience.

📍Manage onboarding, access, and data processes for premium seller partners.

📍Drive continuous improvement projects by measuring business performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

✅1+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or Automation.

✅Strong SQL knowledge with proven hands-on experience.

✅Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

✅Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.

✅Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

✅Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

☑️2+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Analysis.

☑️Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
