About the Role:
This role is designed for a high-agency early-career sales professional to own the US timezone sales pipeline.
You’ll engage with leads, consult with families about Praan’s health programs, and deliver value from the first call.
This is more than a sales job—it’s helping people make life-changing health decisions for their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
📍Manage and convert high-intention leads in the US timezone (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)
📍Run consultative sales conversations with families, explaining Praan’s value in improving parent health
📍Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, coaches to ensure seamless customer experience from first interaction
📍Hit targets for follow-ups, conversions, consultation quality
📍Help shape Praan’s early sales playbook and culture
Requirements:
✅0-5 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles (healthcare / edtech / startups are pluses)
✅Excellent, empathetic communication skills with persuasive but value-oriented style
✅Comfortable working US hours; remote work setup with good internet connectivity
✅High initiative, fast learner, ownership mindset
✅Bonus: prior experience or interest in elder care, fitness, preventive health
Compensation & Benefits:
