About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Manual Quality Analyst to work remotely with our Bengaluru team.
This role involves ensuring the highest standards of software quality using manual test methodologies.
The analyst will work in night shifts, create test plans, write and review test cases, and deliver defect-free products by following robust QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Develop, document, and execute manual test plans and cases for various projects
📌 Perform system, integration, regression, and functional testing
📌 Conduct API testing and validate bug fixes and new features
📌 Review test scripts by junior analysts and provide constructive feedback
📌 Prepare requirement traceability matrices and test effort estimations
📌 Accurately identify and report defects; write clear and concise defect reports
📌 Generate test summary and acceptance test certificates
📌 Enforce quality standards and contribute to continuous QA process improvement
📌 Work collaboratively with senior analysts and project stakeholders
📌 Maintain compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMI standards
📌 Provide business-focused recommendations and support end users

Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field
🎯 3–4 years’ experience in software QA/manual testing
🎯 Proficient in writing test cases, scripts, and planning QA efforts
🎯 Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC models
🎯 Working knowledge of QA testing tools, methods, and best practices
🎯 Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
🎯 Effective communicator; able to collaborate with distributed teams
🎯 Flexible to work night shifts and travel to other sites when needed

Sedentary, desk-based work with periods of repetitive computer use. Occasional movement within the office for meetings may be required.
