About the Role:
As an Associate Data Scientist, you’ll help scope requirements, analyze business needs, and design analytical solutions for IDFC FIRST Bank.
Your work will blend structured and unstructured data, involve model development/testing, and focus on deploying advanced analytics to solve real-world banking challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
📌 Identify, analyze, and clarify business needs for data-driven projects
📌 Monitor new technology trends in data science and analytics
📌 Design and maintain data structures for high-quality storage and retrieval
📌 Implement best practices for data handling, lifecycle management, and compliance

Requirements:
🎯 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, or related field
🎯 0–2 years of experience in data analytics, model building, or applied data science
🎯 Familiarity with Python, machine learning, SQL, and data management tools
🎯 Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
🎯 Eager to learn, proactive in handling new technologies and complex problems
