💡About the Role:
As an Associate Data Scientist, you will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop and deploy data-driven solutions. Your work may involve traditional machine learning, optimization, Generative AI, large language models, and multimodal systems that process text, voice, and images.

The role is suited to early-career professionals who combine programming and statistical knowledge with curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.

📌Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse operational and business data to develop models and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Apply machine learning, data analysis, and optimization techniques to solve business problems.
  • Explore Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI applications.
  • Use AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools to accelerate solution development.
  • Work with multimodal models involving text, voice, and vision.

  • Research emerging machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI techniques.

🎯Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Operations Research.
  • 0–3 years of relevant professional or internship experience in analytics or data science.
  • Programming proficiency in Python or R, along with SQL and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including Random Forest, Decision Trees, XGBoost, GBM, and K-Means clustering.
  • Understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
