- 📈 Monitor industry trends; create IP; present technical reports; provide team technical leadership.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 🛠️ Master’s Mechanical Engineering; 6+ years system design; GD&T expertise; SolidWorks/AutoCAD proficiency.
- 🔒 Strong project management; analytical skills; technical drawing interpretation; cross-functional collaboration.
