π― About the Role:
As a Junior Business Analyst at Lenovo, you’ll sit at the core of product execution β bridging business priorities, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of a globally used enterprise product.You’ll gain hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools like ServiceNow and Jira, working on digital transformation projects alongside senior product managers and cross-functional engineering teams.π
ποΈ Key Responsibilities:
- π Participate in all Agile ceremonies β sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, reviews, and retrospectives β while ensuring requirements are clearly defined and sprint-ready before development begins
- π Track sprint progress, monitor dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers to maintain delivery velocity and quality standards across the product lifecycle
- π€ Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to support delivery of a globally used enterprise product from planning to production release
- π Support testing phases, user validation cycles, and release governance processes while maintaining structured communication with stakeholders on priorities, risks, and progress
β Requirements:
π Must-Haves:
- π MBA / PGDM (2-year regular full-time residential program) β Major/Minor in Operations & Analytics preferred
- π§ Strong analytical, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
- π¬ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- π Comfortable engaging with global stakeholders and business users across time zones
π οΈ Technical Skills:
- βοΈ Understanding of Agile methodology and product-based environments
- π₯οΈ Prior knowledge of ServiceNow is a strong advantage
- π Technically sound with the ability to understand system workflows and product architecture
- π Demonstrated leadership through academic, project, or extracurricular initiatives
