🎯 About the Role:
As a Junior Business Analyst at Lenovo, you’ll sit at the core of product execution — bridging business priorities, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of a globally used enterprise product.You’ll gain hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools like ServiceNow and Jira, working on digital transformation projects alongside senior product managers and cross-functional engineering teams.🚀

🗂️ Key Responsibilities:

• 🔄 Participate in all Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, reviews, and retrospectives — while ensuring requirements are clearly defined and sprint-ready before development begins
• 📊 Track sprint progress, monitor dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers to maintain delivery velocity and quality standards across the product lifecycle
• 🤝 Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to support delivery of a globally used enterprise product from planning to production release
• 📋 Support testing phases, user validation cycles, and release governance processes while maintaining structured communication with stakeholders on priorities, risks, and progress

✅ Requirements:

🔑 Must-Haves:

• 🎓 MBA / PGDM (2-year regular full-time residential program) — Major/Minor in Operations & Analytics preferred
• 🧠 Strong analytical, logical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
• 💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 🌐 Comfortable engaging with global stakeholders and business users across time zones

🛠️ Technical Skills:

• ⚙️ Understanding of Agile methodology and product-based environments
• 🖥️ Prior knowledge of ServiceNow is a strong advantage
• 📊 Technically sound with the ability to understand system workflows and product architecture
• 🏆 Demonstrated leadership through academic, project, or extracurricular initiatives
