💡About the Role:
As an ENG Project/Program Intern, you will support the delivery of on-premises and SaaS products across Rubrik’s Engineering organization.

You’ll help maintain project plans, track milestones, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

You’ll also learn how teams use metrics and process improvements to move technical initiatives through development, validation, and deployment.

This is a programme coordination role within a technical environment. It is especially relevant for students interested in technical project management, programme management, product operations, or future engineering leadership.

📌Key Responsibilities:

📌 Planning and Execution

• Assist in defining programme scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, and documentation.
• Track progress against timelines and communicate status updates.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project performance.

📌 Coordination and Communication

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and leadership teams.
• Help coordinate priorities and delivery plans for new features and products.
• Communicate schedules, progress, blockers, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Support productive meetings and follow up on action items.

📌 Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and assist in preparing mitigation plans.
• Work with development teams to track issues that could affect delivery timelines.
• Help escalate blockers and maintain visibility into project dependencies.

📌 Continuous Improvement

• Recommend tools and approaches that improve efficiency and automation.
• Document lessons learned and best practices.
• Support improvements across development, validation, and deployment processes.

🎯Mandatory Requirements:

🎯 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

🎯 CGPA of 8.0 or above.

🎯 2027 graduating batch only.

🎯 Circuital engineering branches only, as specified in the eligibility criteria.

🎯 Availability for the complete onsite internship period from January 2027 to May 2027 in Bengaluru.

🎯 Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

🎯 Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

🎯 Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

🎯 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

🎯 Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
