Criteo is hiring Customer Care Specialists to join its multinational Global Customer Care Team supporting clients across EMEA regions.In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for advertisers, assisting them through email and live chat support. You will troubleshoot campaign, technical, financial, and account-related issues while helping clients maximize their success on Criteo’s advertising platform.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in Customer Support, Digital Marketing, AdTech, Client Success, and International Customer Service Operations.

๐ Deliver exceptional customer support through email and live chat ๐ฌ
๐ Resolve technical, financial, creative, and campaign setup issues efficiently โ๏ธ

๐ Escalate complex issues to internal technical and commercial teams ๐
