Wipro is hiring an HR Data Analyst (MIS Analyst) to drive data-driven insights and automation across HR operations 📊.
This role focuses on building advanced dashboards, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights using tools like Power BI, Excel VBA, and Power Automate 🤖

📌 Manage end-to-end MIS reporting across HR functions 📊
📌 Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for leadership insights 📈
📌 Develop advanced Excel & VBA solutions for automation ⚡
📌 Automate workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) 🔄
📌 Use Microsoft Copilot for insights and executive summaries 🤖
📌 Ensure data accuracy, governance, and audit readiness 🔐
📌 Perform trend analysis, root cause analysis & reporting 📉
📌 Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting systems 🤝

🎯 Strong expertise in Advanced Excel & VBA 💻
🎯 Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling) 📊
