About the Role:
π Supervise Continental kitchen station ensuring consistent high-quality product and Hyatt brand standards.
Assist department operations meeting employee/guest/owner expectations through professional efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- π Prepare consistent Continental dishes; supervise station team; maintain food quality/presentation standards.
- π§ Coordinate daily mis-en-place; ensure kitchen hygiene/safety; support outlet operating concept execution.
- π Train junior staff; control portion/wastage costs; collaborate cross-functionally for seamless service.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- π οΈ 2+ years CDP or 3-4 years Demi CDP/Commis luxury hotels; comprehensive hygiene/OH&S knowledge.
- π MS Office proficiency; recipe systems; high-pressure kitchen operations; team supervision skills.
Desired:
- π Kitchen Production qualification; international luxury brand experience; Continental cuisine mastery.
