๐ฅCareer Insight:
Training is easy to measure.
Learning is harder.
You can count how many people attended a session.
But the real question is:
Did anything change afterward?
Did the employee perform better?
Did the manager lead better?
Did the team communicate better?
Did the guest experience improve?
That’s the difference between delivering training and building a Learning & Development culture.
The strongest L&D professionals don’t just create courses.
They identify problems, understand people, build learning solutions, and connect development directly to business performance.
And in hospitality, where every guest interaction matters, better-trained people can create better experiences.
